Where it starts
Tutorials at 1am. Things you started and never showed anyone. Skill you built in a room with nobody else in it.
Then you hit the ceiling you cannot see from inside your own head. Everybody hits it. Almost nobody gets past it alone.
What is missing
Somewhere a person further along looks at what you made and tells you the truth about it.
A church full of people, and not one of them knows what you are working on this week.
The answer
Design, code, music, writing, speaking, leading people. Taught straight by people who actually do it.
The rhythm
Sessions on Discord and Google Meet. Workshops, events and the occasional party in Hyderabad.
We start on time. We finish with ten minutes of open floor.
The party
Everyone gets a seat and a voice. No hierarchy in how we speak, teach or decide.
Whoever runs next month’s session was sitting where you are now. That is how the guild keeps going.
We take on work bigger than any one of us, and finish it with people who stayed.
